Serve as the primary POC for agents, title and lender. Ensure everyone has documentation and updates throughout the transaction process.
Ensuring brokerage compliance. Following up with all involved parties to collect necessary documents. Loading & submitting all forms for brokerage review.
Complete necessary process for submitting commission info and ensure the agent gets paid at closing!
Scheduling and coordinating inspection times with all involved parties.
Add important dates to calendars, monitor all deadlines.
Ensure that inspection agreement is properly completed by the Agent, follow up to ensure any requested work has been completed prior to closing.
Weekly check-in with lender, clients & sales agents to ensure transaction is on schedule.
Provide all necessary documentation to title company, coordinate closing docs & times with all involved parties.
Maintain an electronic tracking system for Agents to view the status of transactions.
Coordinate final walk-through, closing time and send reminder to transfer utilities.
Request & review closing statement in advance of closing.
Update contact management records for Agent. (Can request birthdays and other personal info from client)
Send review links at the end of the transaction
Multiple touches throughout the transaction to help nurture a positive relationship between the client and Agent, with the goal to build repeat clients and referrals!
