Help coordinate a time for photographer to take photos

Ensuring brokerage compliance. Reviewing all forms for complete information and signatures. Following up with all involved parties to collect necessary info/signatures. Loading & submitting all forms for review via DotLoop.
Receive & organize all photos from the photographer.
Enter all listing info into the MLS. Upload photos, disclosures & any additional supplemental info.
Add necessary documents & create “easy offer” link in DotLoop to share on MLS.
Send a professional letter to seller with copies of signed listing paperwork & links to the listing online.
Setup showing instructions on Showing Time.
Showcase the new listing on Social Media (REALTOR® page in Facebook, Twitter & Instagram). Will also share on Admin Angels Facebook Page.
Draft status change forms for any changes during the listing period and follow up to gain signatures. Implement any changes on MLS & advertising websites.
Weekly post highlighting the listing on Social Media until it sells.
