Running your business with the proper tools and efficiency is a key to success.  In addition, hiring an assistant is an important part of growing your business.  Advancing in your knowledge of “behind the scenes” tools or finding and training the correct person is a large time investment.  Admin Angels can help train both REALTORS® & Assistants in addition to providing lots of tools and templates to help support and grow your business!

REALTOR®/ADMIN TRAINING

  • Admin Angels will consult with the REALTOR® to help determine which skills are most important to learn and create a written “learning plan” to follow, ensuring that proper skills are taught.
  • Systems training options include (but are not limited to):
    • Checklist management.  How to organize your workflow and use systems to setup lists and reminders of daily tasks to stay on track.
    • MLS: How to enter listings, pend listings, close out listings, set up buyer/seller portals, run a CMA
    • DotLoop: How to create a loop, add people, add documents, mark documents for signature, share docs, create templates, list of necessary documents for listings & sales.  How to submit documents to the Broker and complete a greensheet.
    • Marketing tools including: Canva, Bitly, Quantum, Facebook
    • Google Drive: How to create and share documents
    • How to use Excel for tracking production.

TRAINING TOOLS

  • A complete set of written procedures to use for reference & sample cover letters for corresponding with clients & service providers that are customized for your processes!
